I noticed that this sat here for a while unsanswered. I will give you quick answers.

The PNCC and the Old Catholics have the Seven Sacraments. this would include one on one confessions.

The PNCC does not have women priests, and they have some form of agreement with Rome.

The Old Catholics are a complicated matter. There are several independent groups who have Old Catholic in their name. Some unfortunately do have women priests.

Some of the Old Catholic groups, who don’t have women priests also have some sort of agreement with Rome as well.
