No…major and minor applies to the length of the writings not the stature of the prophets…this is as misunderstood as the difference between Low and High Christology, where many thinks are adjectives for better or importance.
 
I am using “major prophets” in regards to the standard categorization in Bibles that consider Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel and Daniel the “major” prophetic books based on length.

By extension and association, Jeremiah may include Lamentations and Baruch.
 
I’ve been called Jeremiah. I regularly chastise nations and leadership. All the while reminding everyone that the world shall suffer the wrath of God for its sins.
 
Is this categorizing in line with Church teachings? Just asking no offence meant.
 
I checked. Yes u r right. These are the 4 great prophets of the OT.
I will only like your poll because my favorites are smaller and not in it.
