I just recieved it (all 25 pages of it) I will read it and inform whomever is interested.

When will this be released to the public?

Or, should I say, when will it be translated into English?

I will look up the link and post it here. The copy I have has been translated to Spanish. I imagen that its been translated to English and other languages already.

It is already up in the library section at EWTN’s website in english. Just click on Recent Additions.
 
Here in the UK, the hardcopy with be released by Catholic Truth Society today/tomorrow.

It has been released in English - just look at the Vatican’s Official Website under Popes, under our current Pope, under Encyclicals then just click on English and you’ve got it!

I came back to the Church on the day the Pope issued this Encyclical, 11/30/07, the Feast of St. Andrew!
