Pope Francis - Indigenous Peoples

I really do love this pope. He is an amazing person. I’m happy the pope directly addressed the sins of the past (regarding Latin American indigenous peoples) and apologized and asked for forgiveness for them. What a courageous thing to do. Bravo to Papa Francisco.

I think this is a good example of putting the “catholic” back in the Catholic Church. Attention to something like this would not have been likely if the Pope had not been from Latin America.
