I saw video about the pope retiring ,I was wondering if that’s true or false

You saw one video. IF that were true, there would be lots more then one video.

If you don’t see the headline everywhere then there’s nothing to it.

In view of the Pope’s age—he will be 82 in December—it’s only natural that Vatican watchers should be paying close attention to anything he says that can be interpreted as an allusion to the possibility that he may be thinking of resigning. Last Tuesday, May 15, he referred in his homily to Acts 20:17-38, Paul’s farewell address to the elders of Ephesus on his departure for Jerusalem. CNA reported the Pope as saying, “When I read this, I think about myself, because I am a bishop and I must take my leave and step down.” He didn’t say he was planning to step down immediately, but on two earlier occasions he dropped heavy hints that that is what he is planning to do sooner or later. In 2015, according to CNA, Francis said the Catholic Church should not have “leaders for life,” and in 2014 he said Pope Benedict XVI’s 2013 resignation “cleared a path” for future papal resignations.

There use to be a time when we were not concerned whether the leader of the Catholic Church was retiring. It would be that our Lord called him home that his pontificate.would be over. The fact that Pope John Paul II was only 58 years when elected Peter’s successor lead him to guide us for 27 years. Though he was 85 years of age when God called him home, his body frail from illness, this Pontiff had suffered but did not retire, his mind was still sharp.and his love for us was reassuring. i hope we do not see another Pontiff retire or step down. Their office is and always will be their’s until they are called home.
