Pope's call for prayers in Latin. Documentation?

I wanna teach my religious ed classes prayers in Latin and want to be able to flash the Pope’s call for this if anyone gives me grief. Can anyone link to where the Pope said this?

it is on www.vatican.va in his addresses for June 28th, but there is no english translation for it when I last checked
