I have a coworker who tells stories about his so called “healthy sexual relationship” with his wife. He mentions how they watch porn together and I don’t understand how he or for that matter SHE finds this acceptable!!! I don’t understand at all…

I guess my question or concern is how can people do this?

You’re not called upon to “understand,” so don’t waste your time or energy trying to…

The issue here is not pornography; that’s his and his wife’s business. (I really wonder if his wife would tell the same story.)

He’s really being sexually abusive to you and others by telling these stories, and creating a hostile work enviornment.

Next time he starts this rap, tell him such, and offer to report him to your boss if he does it again.

You don’t need to understand anything, he needs to stop talking about it! Stories like that do not belong in the workplace. Ask him to stop talking about his private life. Tell your boss how uncomfortable he makes you with this. If he does not stop, file a formal complaint with your HR department.

In the meatime pray for him and his wife that they will turn from their sin and come to understand the truly healthy beautiful plans God has for married couples.
