It is ok. People do drink it. Some put it in their cooking water when they cook. I would not, however, because I don’t know how long it has been sitting in the container before I obtained some. I don’t know how often or when they fill the big container they use to store it, and it is not refrigerated.

Try getting a St Benedicts medal/cross and having it blessed with the appropriate blessing. Wear it always. It has been well known that wearing such a sacramental with faith is very powerful in keeping demons at bay (see Compendium Malefecarum). Demons have stated that they would have been better able to attack had such and such a person had they not being wearing a crucifix, agnus dei, blessed medal etc. The St Benedicts medal is especially powerful.

Bless your home regularly with holy water and sprinkle blessed salt around also, around the perimeter of your home and at doors and windows especially. You may also drink the holy water and eat a few grains of the blessed salt. Burn blessed incense at home.

Have holy pictures, statues, a cross in your home. Ask for anointing of the sick from a priest. Have your home blessed.

Keep going to confession. Go sit before the Blessed Sacrament.

Trust in God’s Mercy. Trust in His Goodness. Trust in His generosity with which He bestows grace. And pray to be closer to His Holy Mother…

[SIGN]Hail Mary, Full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the Fruit of thy womb Jesus! Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death, Amen.[/SIGN]

Find beautiful and God-inspired scenery, and do a rosary walk. If there are any monasteries, or church gardens around, they may be uplifting to take a stroll through. This oppression is weighing you down. Lean on the Lord greatly, trust in Him for strength, and pray for self-mastery over your senses. Fasting is very good - as someone has mentioned. Stay away from places where you are likely to sin again. Reach out to others who have experiences with porn addiction…there is likely a 12 step program in your area for this very thing. the Cursillo is a powerful thing. Google “Cursillo” and your city/state, and you may find some good fellowship and likely strength.

And no matter the symptom - do not forget the enemy is master of deception. You may feel a heightened sense of alarm and worry, but…

God Bless you.

My wonderful brothers and sisters! I have met the excorsist that I was talking about and he said that I was not possessed, which we all knew, but the opression/obsession was another thing. He said a deliverance prayer for me which he delievered me from all kind of sins/evils. I feel at peace actually, even tho it was yesterday today I feel pretty good actually… My eyes don’t feel that “popped out” anymore! I feel that I want to be God closer now and the priest said I would remember some dreams etc which actually have happened to! It’s amazing… I thank God so much for this and you my brothers and sisters for your wonderful help/answers/guiding. I will be more on this forum now, trying to get closer to Our Creator! Agian: Thank you so much!

Thank you God that you have saved me so many times in my life and forgive me that I have forgotten you so many times and left you all alone… Give me the strength to master all my senses and not to seek any pleasure in sensible things. Give me the strength to win over the temptations with the help of Your wonderful Grace. Thank you Lord!
