*Mark 9:1 He also said to them (large Crowd), “Amen, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see that the kingdom of God has come in power.” *

Obvioulsy Jesus can see in the crowd that some (at least at that moment in time) will not inherit salvation, while others will. As the word “death” for Jesus represented a soul seperated from himself, and not a physical death. As in earlier he said, follow me, let the dead bury the dead. Those not tasting “death until” in his passage, are those that will be saved. If so, than this verse is added proof of post-mortum living saints, as they wont taste death until the parousia, or even less after, correct?. Hence, all those in the crowd are presently physically dead now. The word “until” in this passage is NOT just up to that point of the parousia, but after also. It has to be, otherwise it makes no sense. Am I correct/close…

When you die, you die. How can anyone say you did not die when you are dead and buried? Clearly, all the people that heard Jesus speak that day literally died.🤷

I think Jesus is simply saying that some in the crowd will live to see Him crucified.

Jesus’s power was always complete. What do you mean? And how does it relate to the OP?
The bible passage the OP quoted is what I am referring to. Jesus makes it very very clear about what Some will see, what they will see, and when they will see it.
