Fellow Catholics,
I had to share this news. My friend has been barren for her whole life and was about to consider herself a hopeless case for ever getting pregnant. I promised her I would add her to my daily Rosary and I did so for several months. Today she called and told my wife she had finally become pregnant and was giving glory to God and profuse thanks to the Blessed Mother.

If you have a difficulty, share it with our heavenly Mother.

Thanks,

Our Blessed Mother is truly the Cause of our joy among many other wonderful titles. Her love and mercy are just so amazing – this convert wasted too many years not appreciating the strength and graces that flow from Her to us.

Thanks for sharing your story. My spiritual truly deepened when I began to pray the Rosary.

What a blessing! There was a story in an Omaha newspaper a few years ago. It recalled the marriage of a couple who could not have children. After many years of trying, the wife made a promise to the Blessed Mother that if she had children, she would dress them in blue (the Blessed Mother is ofter depicted wearing a blue dress) in honor of the Blessed Mother. The wife went on to have several children, daughters as I recall, and made blue clothes for them until they left home.

If I can find a link to this story I will post it.

What a great and blessed thread. I just love Our Lady and stories like this just make me so happy to be a catholic and have The Blessed Mother in my life.

Way back in 4th or 5th grade, the nun told us we should ALWAYS carry our rosaries with us . Fast forward a few (ok MORE than a few) years. To this day, my rosary is in my left front pocket. It has been on an 8,000 mile cross country trip. It has been to the Colorado Rockies. There is no where I go without it. I have been known to be on the way to the corner store and go back because I forgot it. It is the first thing after my glasses I check to make sure I have, and it is the last thing before my glasses that I take off at night. Like the American Express saying…“Don’t leave home without it”
