Pray for "abandoned" friends

Please pray for some of my close friends…they have not been around much lately, and I keep hearing through the rumor mill that they are suffering in silence. They are having family problems and there is a lot of grief involved for all.

For Tina and Heather, I want to pray that they might find peace. And also, that they might be reminded that they can always turn to me. If they stretch out their hand, I promise to reach out and grab it.

Please, Jesus, help them, and help me to find strength. It hurts me to see them like this. Thank you.
 
From Sirach 6:
A faithful friend is a sturdy shelter; he who finds one finds a treasure. 15 A faithful friend is beyond price, no sum can balance his worth. 16 A faithful friend is a life-saving remedy, such as he who fears God finds; 17 For he who fears God behaves accordingly, and his friend will be like himself.

Thank you for being a caring friend to both women. I pray that they will find comfort in this time of need. Good friends are difficult to come by.
