My Grandpa passed this past Father’s Day Sunday and prayers for his soul would be appreciated. Two weeks ago he feel and fractured some things in his neck. He was a freemason so when I told him I was converting to become Catholic he wasn’t too hot about that idea. He came around though and when I was welcomed home this past Easter he was supportive, and even of my discerning the Priesthood.

I’m sixteen and the last grandparent I lost was when I was six so its hard. We’d go over to Grandma and Grandpas every weekend to mow and grandpa’d sit out and supervise haha then we’d all visit. We mowed today for the first time without him and it was really hard. I just miss my Grandpa. If you all could assist my prayers with your own I’d appreciate it immensely.

God Bless,
Jordan

Dear Jord.n, I’m sorry for your loss of your Grandpa. May God comfort you.

Lord Jesus, no one can take his grandfather’s place, so please console him with his wonderful memories of his Grandpa. Please alos comfort his Grandma, and other members of the family.

Thank You for bringing Jordan to the Catholic Church; thank You for his courage and faith, and for his generosity in discerning the priesthood.

Thank You that You gave his Grandpa grace to overcome his difficulties regarding his grandson’s conversion, and showing him support. This is a precious memory for Jordan.

Please go to Jordan’s Grandpa at the instant of his death, showing Your love to him and inviting him at last to know and accept You. Receive his Grandpa’s soul at that moment, into the joy of heaven.

All God’s blessings to you, Jordan. I’ll keep you in my prayers, Trishie

I know the feeling I lost my grandpa this past January.

Through the intercession of the Virgin Mar and the Bl. Fr. Seelos may this man’s soul be treated with love and compassion. Although a freemason and having heard the good news of Christ and his church, may his soul enter heaven. Amen.
