YA SO WHAT NOTHNG IN THAT QUOTE sUGGESTS THAT OTHER RELIGIONS CAN BE SAVED IN THER RELIGION—THEY MAYBE SAVED IF THEY ARE invincibly ignorant–so nothing that was said by marineboy was in disagreement with that–

I have my own opinion as to whether marineboy’s remarks were “carried out with prudence and love” as called for by Vatican II, but in the interest of not publically second-guessing moderator decisions, I won’t be sharing that opinion here. I did share it privately via PM to one of marineboy’s prior alter egos, so if you are just “marineboy IV”, you are aware of my views.

I will pray for him too. It is obvious by his behavior that he needs our prayers.

That being said, I do have to say that I saw the posts that he made on the other threads (before they disappeared) where he vitriolically attacked the moderators here, especially one in particular. I have been on a number of Christian forums and the moderators here are among the best I have encountered.

While he is obviously passionate about his faith, one only wonders how many visitors to the forums have been turned away from the Church because of his behavior. By returning again and again he only continues to show his disrespect for the forum rules and the moderators here.
 
sometimes you have to call a spade a spade–as marineboy said read Luke 11 and see if marine didnt sound, at times, very similar to jesus----
