Pray for Me: Struggling With Lust Lately

I struggle with lust all the time. However, there are often time periods where it is even harder to fight lust. I am in one of those time periods. Please pray for me so I may resist lust! Thanks!
 
Praying to the Holy Spirit to give you guidance & direction to overcome your temptations.
 
Take up running! A tired body is a chaste body!

Prayer for the Virtue of Chastity

Jesus, Fortress of mankind, bless me with Your infinite graces, that I may remain in a state of purity. Strengthen my body, spirit and soul to continually reflect Your chastity. Protect my soul in its daily struggles, guiding it to ponder on Your Godliness. Defend me from the forces of evil, those that seek to acquire my soul: I am truly Yours forever and ever. Holy is my King, the Conqueror of sin!
 
Praying for your intentions.If you can ,try and take in all the natural simple things in nature that God has given us…sometimes getting out and gardening,walking,observing nature can reboot our being
bringing back the simple joys and occupying our minds.
Maybe find a spot outside to pray too.
 
Let us pray as David prayed in Psalm 51:

A clean heart create for me, God;
renew within me a steadfast spirit.
Do not drive me from before your face,
nor take from me your holy spirit.
Restore to me the gladness of your salvation;
uphold me with a willing spirit.

Lord, you will open my lips;
