Please pray for my loved one. He is in a severe depression and going through a very emotional phase. He is drinking also. Please pray that he stops drinking.

Depression can be a very difficult and draining suffering indeed…will be keeping your loved one in prayer that The Lord will lift depression and establish His Peace …
 
May the Love of Christ fill his soul and keep him from all evil and sin. Amen.
 
PRAYER TO ST. MONICA

Dear St. Monica,
troubled wife and mother,
many sorrows pierced your heart during your lifetime.
Yet, you never despaired or lost faith.
With confidence, persistence, and profound faith,
you prayed daily for the conversion
of your beloved husband, Patricius,
and your beloved son, Augustine;
your prayers were answered.
Grant Anu that same fortitude, patience,
and trust in the Lord.
Intercede for her, dear St. Monica,
that God may favorably hear her plea for:

the conversion and strong faith of her husband, and of all being prayed for here by CAF members,

and grant Anu the grace to accept His Will in all things,
through Jesus Christ, our Lord,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, forever and ever.
Amen.
