I am afraid that my mom is spiritually sick. My sister called me yesterday because the family is apparently going through some pretty tough times. (I live 4 hours away, so I am often left out of the day to day stuff).

In a nutshell, my sister says that my mom is distraut to a point that she says she no longer believes in God. 😦

Please pray that my mom’s heart will not be hardened and that the Holy Spirit may work within her to bring her to the fulness of Jesus’ love.

O Holy Spirit, fill the heart of your child and enkindle in her the fire of your love. :gopray2: O Jesus, enfold all your children in need of Your love in Your Heart which has loved us even to death.:gopray2:

Amen.

I offer prayers for your mother to be comforted by Christ at this difficult time and that she will be filled with the Holy Spirit.

May the peace of Jesus be in her heart, soul and mind now more than ever, and with you her baby, that she loves so much.

Holy Mother of God, pray for us and for us to all know more deeply your Son.

:gopray2: I’m sorry to hear about your mother. We all worry when our family members feel this way. God bless you and your mother and whole family. I will say a Chaplet of Divine Mercy for her. Plesas don’t worry.

Thank you. I worry for her well being - spiritual and emotional, but I am confident in our Lord.

May your Mom’s stress be relieved by God’s love and compassion. May her heart be comforted and fears relieved by His mercy and loving grace. May your family be embraced by all the love and support and prayers of friends and loved ones.

St. Camillus de Lellis, patron of the sick, pray for us…that we may be purged of the sickness of the mind and the spirit. Pray for us…that all sicknesses that inhibit our relationship with God fall away.
Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

Holy Spirit,
Rain down Your gift of strength, that we may come to the strength of faith to love You more. Give us the counsel we need to do what is right. Give us the fortitude we need to practice our faith in the face of adversity. And give us the understanding needed to reason that we need You in our lives.
Holy Spirit, breathe on us. Amen.
