Pray for My Son - Engineer Licence

My son is an aircraft Engineer for 4 yrs. He needs to do his Lincences to be able to move fwd in his career and get promoted. His dad and I have spent so much time talking to him and counselling but to no avail. He just seems not interested at all and seems satisfied with where is at the moment. I do not want to give up on him as he has the potential to excel. His dad is getting frustrated with his attitude and I do feel anxious and I just ask that you remember him in yr prayers…I know he needs it…many thanks in advance.
