For a 15 year old girl my mother works with, who recently suffered a late term miscarriage. May she experience the love of Christ and find peace in her heart. Lord, hear us.

For her friend, who has been abused by her step-father for a number of years. May she find in God the father figure she’s been denied and let her know that love doesn’t have to be like that. Lord, hear us.

For the younger girl who was mercilessly beaten within an inch of her life by the two afore-mentioned teenagers. May she recover swiftly and learn to forgive. Lord, hear us.

For the families of all involved, may they weather these tragedies and come out the other side of them intact. Lord, hear us.
