Prayer for a boyfriend

Hello,
I am a little shy to bring this topic onto this forum, but please have patience with me.
I am a single woman and I’m 30 years old.
I am not sure if God wants me to remain as a single woman for the rest of my life, but I want to have a relationship with a devout Catholic man. I have never been in a relationship before, but what I know is that I want to have a relationship with a good Catholic man and have a family. Is there any good prayer/novena for getting a good boyfriend? To be honest, I don’t even know if God wants me to pray for such thing, because there is certainly a possibility that God wants me to remain as a single woman for the rest of my life.

Is this something that I should pray for? if yes, what are the good prayers/novena for such an intention?

I don’t know what prayers you can pray or should pray but I was once told by a priest to pray for a girlfriend so I do that. I’m about the same age as you. I think that priest thought it God’s will that I have a girlfriend so that’s not something I have a problem praying for and I think the best you can do is pray for what God wants you to do and to know the difference between what you want and what he wants
 
Just pray for God’s will for you. If that leads you to someone or someone to you, that’s good.

I know you said you are shy, but while you are praying, you still need to get on with the business of life and making yourself the best you there is. 👍

Have you tried Catholicmatch or AveMaria for Internet dating?

Best advice I can give is change into another circle of friends,
In our Area ladies go to Aqua Aerobics , single & Married , they go for morning Tea
Or go out for lunch as a group,
they always seem to know someone that needs a BF / GF
Just need to change the Aproach ,good luck
 
Sure, it’s fine to tell God what’s in your heart, and it’s quite normal to want a relationship and family. That’s what most people want.
