Prayer for a child

My friend’s child is going through some terrible situations right now. While I do not have details, please pray for him to have the courage and strength to seek God’s guidance. Please pray that his family can provide for him in all the ways they can in genuine love and proper wisdom. Please pray that the family does not lose hope in God’s love and gentleness. And please pray for other youths out there who lack the family and support to get themselves out of sticky situations, whether it is medical, physical, or emotional.

Lord, please be with this child in a special way and protect him from all that is coming against him. I pray for our youth that they all turn to you in prayer at the outset of problems and find your saving, loving hand to guide them and lead them down paths that are safe and right. Amen.
