Prayer for a good resolution at work

The union, which just became our representatives by election 5 months ago is considering a strike. The leader of my local is a part of something called “Aethstetic Realism”. It is widely considered a cult. I think this is contributing to the tensions between Union and management.

I think if the union does not get a contract, they will be voted out this coming November. So, they are trying to force the hand of management. My superiors have released a memo stating that they may have to lay-off about 60 people, so - this is not coming at a good time.

Your prayers for a good week this week, and a good resolution to this situation would be appreciated.

but deliver us from evil.

Glorious Saint Joseph,
you are the pattern of all who work.
Obtain for me, please,
the grace to work conscientiously
