Prayer for a guy i know very well to find purity

i know this guy who is trying to quit (i know this sounds silly)masturbating. i know it sound ridiculous, but i know things like that can be difficult. (he is trying to become a better catholic) so maybe just throw up a little prayer for this kid i know so well.

I shall offer up my rosary this morning for your friend. May he receive the grace and strength he needs to throw off these chains of sin.
