Hi

In a few weeks I will be taking my GRE with the hopes of getting into grad school.

Please pray that God helps me stay focused and I get a good score on the test.

Thank you.

Praying for your intentions.

lord hear our prayers…pray that all goes well with your test…faith

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Prayer Before a Test

My God, enable Ben to trust in the good outcome
of the test he is about to take;
help him to contribute his own share
of optimism and confidence.
With your grace, our God,
let him crown his efforts with success.
Keep far from him at this moment
any presumption that it all depends
exclusively on him.
You are next to him, my God,
the necessary and welcome presence
in all the moments of his life.
He will take this test, my God,
because it is important
for his personal development.
My God, be the source of his inspiration
in his doubts and uncertainties,
supporting him with your blessing.

Amen.

Prayer Before an Examination

Dear Lord, as I take this exam, I thank you that my value
Is not based on my performance, but on your great love for me.
Come into my heart so that we can walk through this time together.
Help me, not only with this test, but the many tests of life that are sure to come my way.
As I take this exam, bring back to my mind everything I studied
and be gracious with what I have overlooked.
Help me to remain focused and calm, confident in the facts and in my ability,
and firm in the knowledge that no matter what happens today you are there with me. Amen.

PATER NOSTER,
qui es in caelis,
sanctificetur nomen tuum.
Adveniat regnum tuum.
Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra.
Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie,
et dimitte nobis debita nostra
sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris.
Et ne nos inducas in tentationem,
sed libera nos a malo. Amen.

Praying that the Lord may bless your preparation and enable you to do very well in the test.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!
