Prayer for all that suffer anxiety and deprssion

Father today I will live as if it were my last, here on this earth. There is no way of knowing if tommorrow will ever come, so today I will live in a state of joy, strength and peace.

Today I will scare away all anxieties and fears, by allowing myself to step out of the door in a state of gratitud, for all the blessings that surround me. I will pay attention to the beauty that surrounds me, both in humaity and nature.

Today I will tell myself to be in self silence, so that I can hear all the blessings that surround me, and if negative noise comes into my head…I will hush it, with a thought of the Perfection of Gods’ Great Love for me.

Today is the only day that I know for sure, and I will allow myself to feel love for all those around me, for they might not be here tommorrow. Reguardless if I like them or not, I will allow myself to love them, for I do not know if they will be here for me to love them tommorrow.

Today, Father, I will leave behind these clouds of tears, to walk right into the sunshine of your joy. For what surrounds me today is beautiful and nothing guarantees that it will be here tommorrow for me to see and enjoy.

Today is always a possibility, that can exist into tommorrow, but since I do not know for sure…I am gonna be as happy and at peace today, because if tommorrow were to exist, Lord Father You are already there ready to walk me through it.

Today, Father You are with me and I trust in You, Let us together walk out there and just BE, and just live in the happiness and freedom that I have always dreamed. For joy is already inside me, for love already exists inside me. It is I, that has to let it shine out into the world. Today, I will be that love that I dream of, for I already have it in me, for my soul is a little piece of yours Lord. I have decided to be that healing, I have decided to be that freedom, I have decided to be that so awaited joy, I have decided to be that shining light, I have decided to be that expected happiness…for it was You Father that gifted me with free will at the beginning and the charismas of the Holy Spirit the day of my baptism. Today I know that I own them, For You Father gifted them to me, out of your Merciful Love.
 
Dear Galilea, that is a wonderful,prayer from your heart and soul and I entreat God to let it be the beginning of wonderful new life for you, seeds that grow in you from today. I pray your prayer through for you, all who suffer anxiety and depression, and my husband (whose anxiety and depression has left him unable to function well and unable to work. I pray also that people like my husband, who are driven as perfectionists that are in danger of working and stressing themselves so hard that their will finally breaks, will stop and learn to take time to enjoy their family and their life to avoid wrecking themselves as he has.)

Galilea, I pray that those who suffer anxiety and depression will day by day begin to truly flourish in gratitude and joy, whatever difficulties they, and you, wrestle with. God bless you. God bless you. God bless you

anxiety and depression. May God grant
them strength and peace within their
hearts and minds.
 
What a beautiful expression of love Galilea …I join everyone here in offering prayers for those suffering anxiety and depression. God, keep us free from the pain of anxiety and lift up our spirits to You as we know you alone can make us whole and keep us from being down or depressed.
