Please pray for me. I am going through an emotional, confusing time and have much trouble getting to sleep, then feel down during the day and have to drag through work.

I have also had some upsetting nightmares.

Thank you

Dear Friend in God,

I pray for you that you may have peaceful wonderful dreams. I pray that God will fill you with the holy spirit and console you, guiding you through your rough times. I pray that god helps you sleep better, going through the night in a peaceful and tranquil manner. I pray that if you have rough nights, that god may give you the strength to carry on during the day. I pray to the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of God, to pray for you in heaven that these prayers are heard, and that you are looked after by the many saints, angels, and martys in heaven. And of course, that Jesus fills your heart with love and joy, and through the holy spirit you experience contentment, love, peace, and joy.

Amen,

May god bless you.

Love is abundant my friend, i promise you this. 🙂

Praying that nightmares go away, so that you can get some good rest and that you get your energy back honeysuckle …

Praying that you can get over your insomnia soon and that your nightmares go away. Maybe you could try praying your rosary in bed before falling asleep. Twenty decades should go for about an hour. I’m so sorry you have to go through this suffering, but it can bring you closer to God if you pray in bed while you are awake and do spiritual reading to fall asleep (along with praying the rosary).

Praying from today’s Liturgy of the Hours:

Hymn
Christ, thou who art the light and day,
Who chasest nightly shades away,
Thyself the Light of Light confessed,
And promiser of radiance blest:

O holy Lord, we pray to thee,
Throughout the night our guardian be;
In thee vouchsafe us to repose,
All peaceful till the night shall close.

O let our eyes due slumber take,
Our hearts to thee forever wake:
And let thy right hand from above
Shield us who turn to thee in love.

O strong defender, hear our prayers,
Repel our foes and break their snares,
And govern thou thy servants here,
Those ransomed with thy life-blood dear.

Almighty Father, this accord
Through Jesus Christ, thy Son our Lord,
Who with the Holy Ghost and thee
Doth reign through all eternity.
