Prayer for my elderly father who is seriously ill

Please could you pray for my father who is seriously ill. He is in his 80s and has been a good, kind, religious man all of his life. Could you please pray that Jesus and Our Lady reward his loyality to them and keep him comfortable and peaceful. And when God decides it is his time to return home to Him may Jesus, Our Lady and St. Joseph grant him a peaceful and holy death.

Thank you so much in advance for your prayers. I will remember you always in mine.

I pray that God, the Almighty Father, heals your father and all of those suffering from illness. I pray that God comforts them and eases their pain and suffering. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (catherine_m’s father). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into catherine_m’s father’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

My father has improved a little from his recent health set back but he is still seriously ill and is finding it hard to pray due to a lack of energy. Your prayers are so very much appreciated and I will continue to remember you all in mine.
