Prayer for overcoming human respect?

I was wondering if anyone knew an effective prayer against overcoming human respect?

I am probably the least confrontational person. Particularly with people, I am very close too, as well as those that I work with or go to school with I often stay quiet in regard to my faith. A lot of times its hard for me to engage people in conversation when it involves me bringing up the faith or to personally invite people to religious functions and Church groups and things of that nature.

I often see many of my Catholic friends who are often inviting their peers to functions and having conversations with them. But this is something that has been very hard for me to do. I would like to be able to have the courage and the wisdom in engaging people in meaningful dialogue and spreading the faith.

This is something that has been a difficulty for me for years
