Prayer for Pregnancy

We have been trying and praying to get pregnant for over a year now with our first child which we want with all of our hearts.
We have had no luck so far and each month we grow more and more sad when it does not happen and it seems everyone around us is geting pregnant with ease. We are very happy for our friends and family members that are now expecting, however are feeling very depressed that we are not being blessed with are own little one yet.
Please pray for us that we may soon have the good news of our own.

I would look at NFP if you have not done so already. It is designed to assist couples in achieving a pregnancy as well as avoiding one.
 
jennh11, while I know the desire for a child is strong in your heart, also know that the will of the Lord is perfect. I hope his plan is to bless you with a child, but maybe in waiting longer to conceive He is providing you with the opportunity to gain patience and faith. Lord, thank You for blessing this young couple with a child that they so much want. Amen.

Note: You may want to do a Novena to Mother Cabrini (St. Francis Xavier Cabrini). She is the first naturalized American saint. The Novena worked wonders for my cousin who was unable to conceive. She & her hubby now have two daughters. In addition, I met a lady once who had two children after 7 years of not being able to conceive. She also prayed to Mother Cabrini. Also, you may want to get a check up. It could be a thyroid situation or something else that may only require a minor procedure. Please let us know when the blessed event happens! Keep the faith!
 
My friend was not able to get pregnant for a few years until it was discovered that her hormones were out of balance. I believe she did not have enough estrogen. They were able to help by giving her doses of what she needed through patches on the skin. She got pregnant and now has a very healthy 1 year old boy. I will keep you in prayer

[remember that not all are destined for pregnancy, but if you can afford to you can always adopt a child. They need love too.]
