Today, many Catholics begin thir abstinence for Lent. Fulfilling this is very hard and requires a lot of moral and spiritual strength. Let’s all pray to God to always be by our side thislent and give us the strength to fulfill our abstinence.

OurFather, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
They Kingdom come,
Thy Will be done,
On earth,
As it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.

AMEN!!!

Lord please be our strength this Lent and help us fulfill our abstinence as we wait in hope for the Ressurection of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Amen.

Glory Be to the Father
to the Son
and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the begining
Is now, and ever shall be
World without end, AMEN

Our God please halp us to respond to the healing and transforming graces that You offer each of us in Lent.

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen
