Prayer for the Child Welfare System

I hope this prayer request isn’t too political. If you don’t mind, I would appreciate your prayers in respect to this issue.
  1. For the prevention and end of child abuse, neglect and maltreatment, as well as bringing justice, peace, hope and healing for what has happened.
  2. For the child welfare and foster care systems to be safe, stable and nurturing places for those in need (but prevent its need whenever possible).
  3. For more children and youth from disadvantaged situations such as broken homes and poor communities to break the cycle and have more “happy endings.”
  4. For a neighboring child I’m been concerned about, for his safety, health and well-being (as well as for his soul and the souls of all at-risk children and youth).
 
Prayed for all your intentions, in the name of Jesus, Amen.

One of the best prayer requests I’ve ever read. I’m thinking of including two of your intentions in my daily prayers. God bless you.
 
O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Dear Jesus who loved the little children, in Your name I humbly pray for the help of all children in need and for all those involved in trying to help them both within and without of the child welfare systems. Please watch over all the children and provide the resources and guidance to the agencies to best help every child. Amen.

Holy Mary, St. Joseph and St. Nicholas, please pray for these intentions. Thank you. Amen.
