Prayer needed for farmer

Please pray for my father who is a farmer and having a difficult time harvesting his corn because much of it is down due to wind damage.

Father, I pray that this farmer is able to salvage his crops. I pray that he has strength, patience, and understanding has he completes this task. Thank you for providing crops to this family. Thank you for the rain they were able to receive. Thank you for all the farmers that labor so that we may eat. AMEN
 
St. Isidore, Patron of farmers, please pray for this man and all farmers trying to get their fall crops in before winter sets in. And St. Isidore, could you also pray that the current grain prices hold…or go up, please?

Dear Lord, hear the prayers of all of us in the harvest field. Keep us safe and help us to deliver the harvest You have blessed us with to the world. In Christ’s Name we pray. Amen

I pray for your father. Lord watch over these farmers who have worked very hard. Help them survive this inclimate weather.

I always pray for our farmers, as so much of their livelihood depends on things beyond their control. It must be so hard. But what a gift! Back in the day a farmer was just another farmer, today a farmer is a hero! I mean without them we’d starve as many people today haven’t the slightest clue how to keep a fruitful garden, let alone a farm. What a blessing he is to us, providing our very nourishment. The LEAST I can do is send up a few prayers in return. :yup:

Praying for your father. We’ve had so much rain here in Iowa, we’re having trouble with mold issues.
 
Keeping your father in daily prayer…hoping things will unfold happily with harvesting the corn…
