Prayer Request for a Spouse

I know everyone is suffering right now given the unprecedented situation of having our daily routine severely disrupted not to mention limited (if any) access to the sacraments. I have a simple prayer request. I’m currently using the extra time to say the 54 day novena to Our Lady for a spouse (it’s not my first attempt but hope springs eternal). If you could keep this intention in mind I would very much appreciate it. Sometimes the current situation heightens the sense of loneliness, which at my age (44) is palpable. It helps to know others are pulling for me.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless, and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments, we might not despair nor become despondent,
but with great confidence, submit ourselves to your holy will,

Father please help this person find a souse. May by your grace and mercy find a Christian that will walk aside them and strong in Christ. In your name, Jesus amen!

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal ( Sorengard’s Spouse). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Sorengard’s Spouse’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

companion. Please inspire me, that I may grow
in: respect for life and for all people; kindness;
sincerity; generosity; and forgiveness. And
help me recognize the person who is Your gift
