Prayer request for my noisy neighbor

My neighbor has transferred several years ago beside our house, quiet, no noise. But ever since last year, he and his band mates uses his house as their band practice venue. Unfortunately, their practice room has only thin glass walls that separate their room to our house, which is why we can hear them practice loud and clear.

We have raised this to the authorities, and was visited by the authorities several times, but they still continue to have their very loud practice.

This situation gets me stressed and is impacting my daily life and routine. I don’t know what to do anymore.

I am praying to our Mother Mary to ask for her intercession, together with Sta. Rita of Cascia, that our neighbor would quiet down and have their practice in other location.
 
I pray that God resolves this situation, that they practice in a more suitable area and that your stress dissipates. Amen.

I understand completely what you are going through.
There ought to be a law against that and you ought to be able to sue the neighbor as it is impacting your emotional and physical health.

Loud music is a very real problem made worse by inconsiderate young people who were never disciplined or ever told “no.”

Can you afford to go to an attorney and talk to him? He may be able to do something, if only write a letter to the owner of the home warning him of a potential lawsuit if the noise doesn’t cease and desist immediately.
 
Unfortunately, we’ve already approached our law enforcers, and our neighbor has already been informed of the situation several times. But until now they still continue to have their loud practice. The other problem is that the homeowner is the daughter of a former mayor, which makes it more difficult to sue.

We will raise this issue again to the law enforcers once they have their loud practice again.

I am now having anxiety attacks because of the situation. I hope and pray that they would be more considerate and move their practice in other place.
 
Unfortunately, after writing my reply above, my neighbor started their band practice. But this practice was way louder than before. I have already called the attention of the village officer to alert them, and luckily, they stopped their practice.

As per the officers, I need to file a complaint so that they can write a letter of complaint to our neighbors warning them of their noise.

I hope and pray that this will end in this, and that my neighbor would find other place to have their practice.

If you go to a doctor, go and complain to him about the stress and anxiety this is causing you. When you file the complaint, you can include the fact that this is affecting your health and, if they don’t stop, your only recourse will have to be to sue them.

I don’t care who the mother is, there’s no excuse for such inconsiderate behavior. Unfortunately, that is the type of world we live in these days - lawless anarchy.

I will talk to our village chief/officer and file complaint regarding my neighbor, and hopefully, my neighbor would be transfer their practice to other place.

We’ve consulted with our village chief, and he will talk to our neighbor regarding their stressful noise.

Praying that this will solve our problem with our neighbor. May the Lord shower our neighbor with the grace that they will give great consideration and respect to their neighbors and that they will find another place to have their band practice.
