Lord God, I thank you today for the gift of my life,
And for the lives of all my brothers and sisters.
I know there is nothing that destroys more life than abortion,
Yet I rejoice that you have conquered death
by the Resurrection of Your Son.
I am ready to do my part in ending abortion.
Today I commit myself
Never to be silent,
Never to be passive,
Never to be forgetful of the unborn.
I commit myself to be active in the pro-life movement,
And never to stop defending life
Until all my brothers and sisters are protected,
And our nation once again becomes
A nation with liberty and justice
Not just for some, but for all,
Through Christ our Lord. Amen!

I will add to that giving a prayer brought to us by Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen:

“Jesus, Mary, and Joseph I love you very much. I beg you to spare the life of the unborn baby that I have spiritually adopted who is in danger of abortion.”

Say this prayer everyday for at least one year:)
 
Jesus my lord, through the intercession of Mary Your Mother, who bore You so lovingly and of Saint Joseph strong man of faith, who protected You both, I beg You to spare the life of the unborn child who is in danger of abortion, the one I have spiritualy adopted, please give the parents of this particular child the grace and courage to bring into the life you have destined for him or her.

To be said every day for a year to save the life of a child in danger of abortion only in heaven will we be able to understand the joy of this soul saved from abortion

God please change the hearts of those women thinking about abortion. Open their eyes to see the great gift that you have given women of bringing your wonderful children into this life.
 
Almighty God, father of humanity, have mercy, for the agony of millions of tiny babies cruelly killed call out to You. Please let the painful silent scream of each of those innocent children obtain from You an end to this endless slaughter.
