Prayer to Idols

According to Saint Justin Martyr, all those who worship idols worship demons, and who pray to idols pray to demons. If this is the case, which I’m not certain if it is, but assuming that it is so, than would it be moral for an idol worshipper to pray for someone?
 
In praying for someone, you implicitly pray to God, just as when praying for someone’s downfall, you implicitly pray to Lucifer. God takes what is due to him, no matter to whom it is addressed.
