Prayer to love and be comfortable around men

Hello,

I feel weird weird and embarrassed asking this question. I am a single woman. As I have gotten older I have felt uncomfortable around single men. I feel as though I fear sexuality and intimacy, so I clam up and push the opposite sex away. I fear I am giving the wrong signals, so I detach and give no signal at all. Is there any saint I can pray to to help me relax, accept and go with the flow when dealing with people. I would also lime to view sexuality in a healthy and holy way, instead of fearing it. Can anyone recommend any prayers/saints? Thank you.
