Prayers for a dying deacon

One of our deacons in one of our parishes is dying tonight. The doctors have asked the family to stay with him today for they do not see him surviving the night. His name is Deacon Sam. Please pray for a peaceful death for him. The doctors can do nothing more for him. He is to weak for surgery. Thanks.
 
Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.

Eternal Father, we offer you, the Body and Bloods, Soul and Divinity, of Your dearly beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.
For the sake of His Sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Please look kindly upon the soul of this deacon and may all those affected by his good works while serving Your Church realize the impact he had as one person and may that help them realize that we can each, individually make a huge impact on bring glory to the Kingdom of Heaven on earth, the Church!

Lord, please console this man as his life is coming to an end. Regardless of whether it is his time or not, please comfort him and do not let him pass without the Sacraments!

May everyone who knew, family, friends and neighbors be comforted in their grieving and mourning and turn their feelings into rejoice as they learn to trust in Your promises and this this deacon will soon, by your grace, get to revel in those promises!

“My Jesus, Pardon and Mercy through the merits of Your Holy Wounds”. This prayer will solace body and soul. Very powerful when said close to someone sick.
