Prayers for a friend

HI guys,

I’m just asking if you could pray for a friend of mine. She just found out that her mom is going to be getting a second divorce and it’s hitting her really hard. She doesn’t go to church and I fear that this will turn her away even more. Thanks for everything.
 
I thank God that your friend has you to support and pray for her, and that you have also asked our prayers.
Lord please guide Jake in his support of his friend, and please hear his, and our, prayers for her emotional and spiritual well-being.

Lord, help her to distinguish between the weakness of her fellow humans and their choices, and You, who cannot interfere with their free will.
Help her to find comfort and strength in You, in Jake’s support and prayers, and in the prayers of others.

Thank you. Also if anyone has any good advice on what I can say to help her that would be great.
