I’ve been living in the same condo complex for years and it has been under different mangement 4 times, the first owner died, the second had a drug problem and went to rehab, the third just up and left recently and now the current seems to take care of smaller problems rather than the bigger issues we have here. Last year someone had a plumbing problem and the water was off for 4 days! Unfortunately when the water is turned off if one tennant has a problem everyone has their water off. They never let us know when the water will be off or how long it will be off. Last month we had no idea part of our balconies were going to be painted and 2 men just came in the back gate, they never rang the doorbell or let us know they needed in the back yard. They just entered, now if the mangament had told us they were coming we would’ve known. I have no way of being able to move right now, I wish I could. But I would appreciate some prayers so that we can get better mangement or the current manager will start to be better about this.
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. Lord please help the people of this complex so their lives will be positively impacted by a management team that puts it tenants first. I pray this in your name, Jesus, Amen!
