Please pray for my dying friend from Church, Pat, her intestinal cancer has returned and the hospital cannot do anymore for her.

Thank you.
 
St Patrick her patron Saint, humble and gentle saint of God, please pray for Pat in this final period of her life.

Our good God please flood Your child Patricia with all the graces Your eve desired for her.
Please let Your grace flow powerfully yet gently through her to anyone who comes near.
Please grant all the loving prayers of her heart.

On her behalf I pray

Purification in death

Our God, in my dying hour,
shine through me as the burning sun
in witness to Your gentle, loving mercy—
purifying finally the being that is soon to see Your face.

Let all heaven rejoice and glorify You.
For this, Your child, who might have been lost
is Yours for all eternity.

My only thanks is—
all I have I give You,
now, and forever.

Dear Lord, please send your Holy Spirit to Pat and help her to be prepared for the day you take her home to be with you. Please help her to be strong in faith, hope and love and let nothing separate her from you. May she place all her confidence in your merciful love and be totally abandoned to your merciful love. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer. Amen.
