Please pray for my Father who has a chronic illness that is progressively debilitating and involves nerve damage. It is our hope that at the very least no more damage will be done and at most that he be completely healed. Please also pray for a special intention for my child’s father. Thank you.
 
Diem I will particularly remember your Dad and your child’s father at morning Mass and communion.
It is so distressing to see your father suffering, and fearing what he could endure in the future. I ask God to comfort and strengthen you and your Dad through all that comes; and may God grant him, you, your child, and your child’s father all the graces God desires to give each of you.

O Good Saint Anne,
so justly called the Mother of the infirm,
the health of those who suffer from disease,
look kindly upon the sick person for whom I pray.

Alleviate their sufferings,
cause them to sanctify them by patience,
and by complete submission to divine will.
Finally deign to obtain health for them
and with it the firm resolution to honour Jesus, Mary and yourself
by the faithful performance of their Christian duties.

Amen.
 
Hail, Mary, full of grace! The Lord is with thee;
blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners
now and at the hour of our death.
Amen
 
Lord, our God,
who watches over your creatures
with unfailing care,
keep us in the safe embrace of your love.
With your strong right hand
raise up your servants, Diem’s father and her child’s father
and give them the strength of your own power.
Minister to them and heal their illnesses,
so that they may have from you
the help they long for.
We ask this in the name of Jesus the Lord. Amen.

Remember too, Lord, Diem and her family as they endure this difficult time. Please let them know your peace and guidance.

Obtain for him/her health in mind and body,
and the strength to accept all suffering in union with Christ, our Savor.

console all those who are afflicted,
and guide them to the heart of the Divine Physician,
where they will obtain compassion, mercy and hope.
