Prayers for Finals

I have just this essay to do for Spanish and I am stuck on it. It certainly does not help that my borther and his family are staying at my place because their new home is being painted, that my dad’s friend’s granddaughter his also staying at our place a few nights while visiting the U.S., and that my mom is screaming at me to stop working on the essay and help her with the chaos. If I had known how bad it would be, I’d stay on campus a little longer, but, it was getting to the point when everything I would eat at school, I would vomit out because that combined with the stagnant air in dorms was making me ill. I’m going to ask my Spanish professor for help, but I need prayers still.

O most holy apostle, Saint Jude, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, the Church honoureth and invoketh thee universally, as the patron of hopeless cases, and of things almost despaired of.

Pray for me, who am so miserable. Make use, I implore thee, of that particular privilege accorded to thee, to bring visible and speedy help where help was almost despaired of.

Come to mine assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolation and succor of Heaven in all my necessities, tribulations, and sufferings, particularly For Redbetta and that I may praise God with thee and all the elect throughout eternity.

I promise thee, O blessed Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favour, to always honour thee as my special and powerful patron, and to gratefully encourage devotion to thee.

Amen.

May the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus be adored, and loved in all the tabernacles until the end of time. Amen.

May the most Sacred Heart of Jesus be praised and glorified now and forever. Amen
