Prayers for grandpa suffering from lung disease

My grandpa is a high-ranking freemason and is nearing to death, it seems. He has been opening up to Jesus Christ recently but is nowhere near to considering the Catholic faith. Please pray that he will have a change of heart and will allow a priest to perform the last rites if he is dying soon. (Even though he isn’t a Catholic.)
 
I pray that the Lord heals your grandpa’s lungs. May He also guide your grandpa to Himself. Amen.

I pray for your grandfather and his health., as a chid of Jesus. As we all do, in some measure, he sees the Creator from the perspective of his personal experience. Yet he, and we, also feel the transcendental “tug” from Him in the soul which yearns to find its source. As St. Terese of Calcutta did, we fist meet those in spiritual need not within their personal space, but in that shared, universal space of human yearning. Peace be with you and with your grandfather.

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from

the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (illkka’s Grandfather). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by

speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.

You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from

the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into illkka’s Grandfather’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
