I come on this board late at night when I should be sleeping to find some peace that will allow me to get the rest I need because my job requires me to wake up early. Is there a prayer you us? A Saint?
Many people fall asleep praying the rosary or any of the chaplet prayers.
Hail Mary,
full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
