I am praying that the coal miners in Utah will be found alive. I just can’t imagine how awful it must be to be trapped in a coal mine for days. Dear Lord, please watch over these men and let the rescuers get to them as soon as possible.

Yes, I have been praying and continue to pray.

I’m praying for the owner of the mine, he’s being put through some hard times as well…and the family of all the miners.

So sad.

As a coal miner,I know this touches all of us. I am praying for the safty of these miners and resquers and their families.

This granddaughter of a coal miner is praying!:gopray2::gopray2:

I heard on the news last night, that it will be as much as a week before they will be able to reach them…

I saw last night on the news that a pipe has been inserted to where the miners would be in order to pass food and water to them if they are alive, although this is doubted. The mine owner insists that he thinks they are alive…let us hope so and for a safe rescue.

Holy Patroness of those in need, Saint Rita, you were humble, pure and patient. Your prayers and pleadings with your divine Spouse have been shown to be irresistable to Him, even in impossible causes, please obtain for me from our risen Jesus the request I make of you that six miners be found alive and rescued safely.
Be kind to them, Dear Jesus, and for the greater glory of God for all things are possible to You and please hear our prayers. I shall honor you and sing your praises forever.

Joining in prayer for the miners, rescuers and families of all. :gopray2:

Praying for all who are affected by this…and for the coal miners’ safe return to their homes and families. If it be Your will Lord, please allow this to happen.:gopray2:

May those survivors be found in time to be returned to their families and loved ones, and may the ones who have passed be shown into your Mighty Kingdom, oh Lord.

Amen.

Yes I am praying as well. It is so touching and beautiful to see so many people holding candles at the vigil praying. Disaster really does bring out the best in people. I pray for the miners, their families, and all those who have not given up faith. May God hold each of them in the palm of his hands and keep them safe and comfort them.

Let us not forget… continue to pray for these poor souls and all of their families, the company they were working for, and all of the rescue workers at the site…

THREE WEEKS TODAY!!
