Prayers needed for my Father and Family

Thank you so much to those who have been praying for my father as he fights Leukemia. He has been in the hospital for nearly two weeks, with a fungal infection and low blood count numbers. He will not be released from the hospital until his counts are higher and they dropped again. They are extremely low, even after a blood transfusion and the doctors are discussing what they’re next course of action should be. I’m so very concerned. My mother, sister and I all have health problems that are worse right now too, so it is hard, particularly in my case and my mother’s case to visit him. I really want to visit this evening but am feeling pretty ill (not contagious, so no harm to my father). Please pray that I will find strength and wellness enough to go and see him as often as possible, but mostly for health and strength for all of us. Especially my father. God Bless.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal Diem’s Father). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Diem’s Father’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

I humbly implore you to grant your special graces to our family. May our home be the shrine of peace, purity, love, labor and faith. I beg you, dear Jesus, to protect and bless all of us, absent and present, living and dead.

O Mary,

Loving Mother of Jesus, and our Mother, pray to Jesus for our family, for all the families of the world, to guard the cradle of the newborn, the schools of the young and their vocations.

Blessed Saint Joseph,

holy guardian of Jesus and Mary, assist us by your prayers in all necessities of life. Ask of Jesus that special grace which he granted to you, to watch over our home at the pillow of the sick and the dying, so that with Mary and with you, Heaven may find our family unbroken in the sacred Heart of Jesus.

Dear St. Anthony, you recognized Our Lord Jesus as the Divine Healer. In your goodness and kindness, please intercede for Diem’s Father, who is suffering from cancer. If it is God’s will, may the gift of healing be granted to him. Comfort him during times of unbearable pain, and ask our Lord to grant him peace and patience in suffering. May God give him the fullness of life here on earth. Through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

Praying for your Father and your family. Praying for the doctors to be given wisdom

Merciful God,
We remember before you all who are unwell this day.
Give them courage during times of illness,
Help them to face and overcome their fears.
Be with them if they feel alone or rejected.
Comfort them when they are discouraged.
And touch them with your healing Spirit
that they may find and possess eternal life,
now and forever. Amen.
