Prayers needed for my husband's cancer

Please pray for my husband he has cancer of the kidney which has spread to the lung and bone. He is starting a new treatment which does not promise a cure but may slow its progression. Please Lord have mercy grant us a miracle. Keeping the faith is difficult with so many difficulities.

**Prayer to Saint Peregrine

O great St. Peregrine, you have been called “The Mighty,” “The Wonder-Worker,” because of the numerous miracles which you have obtained from God for those who have had recourse to you.
For so many years you bore in your own flesh this cancerous disease that destroys the very fibre of our being, and who had recourse to the source of all grace when the power of man could do no more. You were favoured with the vision of Jesus coming down from His Cross to heal your affliction. Ask of God and Our Lady, the cure of the sick whom we entrust to you.
(Pause here and silently recall the names of the sick for whom you are praying)
Aided in this way by your powerful intercession, we shall sing to God, now and for all eternity, a song of gratitude for His great goodness and mercy.
Amen.
 
Be assured that you will have many prayers said on your behalf. Let your own nervousness and fear be part of your own prayers. May God’s peace and mercy be with you and your family during this difficult and anguished period in your life.
 
I am so sorry to hear about your husband. I am praying for you and your husband during this difficult time.

Praying Barb,

I know how difficult it is. My dh died 15 months ago from Cancer. It’s a hard road, but God will help you and Hold you close. HUGS! And be assured of my prayers.
