Hello friends
Today as we wait at the tomb for the joyful resurrection our Lord I ask that you say a prayer for my mom. She passed away last night after a battling being ill off and on for many years. Not making it any easy was the fact that due to the Pandemic I was unable to get a ferry home so hand to say goodbye of the phone as the nurse held it to her ear as she lay unconscious after a last-ditch operation was unsuccessful … I love you mom, you were a great mom

Holy Mary mother of God pray for us sinners now

I’m sorry to hear that. I pray that God has mercy on your mom and that He strengthens you, other family members and her friends. Amen.

May her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed,
through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

I am so very sorry, phantom, and am adding prayers for you and your family, as well as prayers for the repose of your mother’s soul to my daily prayers. Please know that it’s ok. She knew you and your heart and the circumstances. She knew that only something like this could have stopped you and that you love her. She wouldn’t want you to anguish over this. Peace be to you.
