I always pray before eating, but I pray inside my head so that nobody knows except God.I say this prayer that I made up myself:
'Thank you Lord, for this food which thou has most graciously bestowed before me, for it I am eternally greatful, and for al things good and pleasing to thee I am eternally greatful.Amen and selah to thee, my Lord and my God, forever and ever.

And I think of this verse in the Bible:
‘Whatever ye eat, therefore, or drink, do so for the Glory of God’
1 Corinthians 10:31
