Praying for the health of my grandson

My grandson has been sick almost all winter … it seems that he gets sick almost every other week … this time he has a fever of 104 and when he was in the bathtub the other day he had a fit and went blue … the hospital checked him out thoroughly and said he is just sick … but I am worried that it is something more … he gets sick too often.

I am asking for prayers for his illness now, and for his future health.

Thank you all very much for any prayers you offer.

Prayer for a Sick Little One

Lord God,
I praise you for your compassion and your goodness.
Marvelous are your healing mercies.
Lord, as sickness has invaded my little one’s world, I stand by watching and feeling helpless. But Lord, I am reminded that I am not helpless but powerful in prayer.
I lift up to you my precious child, and I ask for your healing power to fully permeate every part of my child’s body.
Lord, I ask that my child’s body be quickly transformed into radiant health as you respond to prayer and your healing promises in your Word.

In Jesus’ name I pray,

Prayers said for your grandson’s great healt, Katherine. Also praying for his parents, and all who have anything to do with his care – again parents, doctors, technicians who run tests, et al. The Prayer of Apology and Thanksgiving ahead of time for He is worthy.

Thanks to everyone … he’s only 18 months old … so my heart aches when he is sick.
